Where Am I?

I've been at the day job eleven hours today and I've got nothing. I'm asleep on my feet bloggie friends, but there are a couple of things I wanted to pass along to you.

Alexandra is having the first part of her ALA giveaway (I'm so ENVIOUS of everyone who got to attend) so be sure to visit and enter.

Ebyss is having an awesome Revision Contest which will be judged by the lovely Natalie Fischer from the Bradford Literary Agency. Only the first fifty entries will be accepted, so hurry!

Andrea is having a Three Good Things Book Giveaway where she will be giving away one wonderful Middle Grade novel per week for the next three. The contest for the first book ends Saturday July 9th.

There were a lot of book birthdays today but two in particular that I've been looking forward to reading:

I'm also closing in on my 1st blogversary and there will definitely be a PARTY in celebration of that momentous occasion.

What books are have come out recently or will be released soon that you can't wait to get your hands on? Do you have a contest going on that I missed?

Hi, Lisa. I was passing through when I caught the news about your 11-hour day job. I, too, work about 11 hours each and every day and thought I would stop by and show you some solidarity.
Get some rest.
Take care,

I've got a whole bunch of books on my night stand including Elana Johnson's 'Possession', Talli Rolland's 'Hating Game' and Jeri Smith Ready's 'The Shift'- I can't wait to read them but for now I'm stuck in Charlaine Harris's Stackhouse books. So much fun!

Well, you know the biggie I'm waiting for. Lola! But sooner than that... my gosh I have a stack of about 70 books to get through, and I'm anxious to read all of them. I try to make myself stop buying new ones, but these awesome ones keep coming out!! Very anxious to start Hourglass, and Liesl and Po.

Your blog hasn't been around for a year yet? I've had mine for almost 18 months and never thought to have a party.

What a cute picture! That's how I've felt lately. Two new books come out this month that I've been waiting a long time to get my hands on. The newest Dresden Files book by Jim Butcher, and Dances With Dragons by George R.R. Martin. I'm so excited!
